The U.S. Government Mind Control Conspiracy

Introduction

Greetings USED KARMA readers!  The hot summer months are a time to rest, relax and eat large quantities of fresh summer produce.  While nourishing our bodies, however, we must be mindful to nurture our hearts, minds and spirits as well.  This month's column contains some interesting food for summer thought.

Where Did the “Star Wars” Money Go?

Mark Hertsgaard's article “The Star Wars Mirage” in the June 24, 1996 issue of The Nation points out that at least $70 billion of U.S. taxpayers' money was funneled to numerous military defense contractors under the guise of “Star Wars,” yet none of this money has been publicly accounted for.  As the Watergate scandal was unfolding, Deep Throat advised Bob Woodward to “follow the money.”  Master investigative journalist Danny Casalaro was following the trail of the “Star Wars” money, among other things, when he was murdered.

For those of you interested in meaningful summer reading, I highly recommend Psychic Dictatorship in the U.S.A. by Alex Constantine (Feral House 1995).  Constantine is a respected investigative journalist from Los Angeles.  Constantine's thesis is that much, if not all, of the missing $70 billion was spent on secret C.I.A. experiments into the use of extra low frequency electromagnetic energy for mind control.  A recent issue of the “Science Times” section of the New York Times discussed the research results of some psychologists' experiments with magnets.  It was discovered that different emotional states could be induced in human subjects by applying magnets to different parts of the head.  For example, placing a magnet above one eye causes subjects to unexpectedly experience profound feelings of happiness, while placing a magnet above the other eye produces unexplainable feelings of sadness and irritability.  It was also found that the magnets could be use to erase certain memories altogether.

Alex Constantine argues that the C.I.A. has not only had this magnetic mind control technology for years, but has for years using it to experiment on unwilling participants.  In addition, he argues that this technology has been used to program people as hypnogogic assassins.  That is, people who are otherwise not disposed toward violence can be programmed to commit a murder that they will then have no recollection of.  (Those of you who are “X-Files” fans will recall there was an episode regarding hypnogogic assassins.)  Alex Constantine suggests that Lee Harvey Oswald, Sirhan Sirhan and Timothy McVey are all hypnogogic government assassins.  Those of you who are old enough to recall Robert Kennedy's assassination may recall that Sirhan Sirhan claimed no recollection of shooting Robert Kennedy, even though a roomful of people saw it, as did several television camera crews.  Sirhan's mother was alarmed a few days before the Robert Kennedy assassination because he had not called or visited her, as he had done routinely and reliably all his adult life.

As we all know, Timothy McVey spent time in the military.  It is now well-known that military recruits are treated as human guinea pigs by the military medical establishment.  They are routinely injected with experimental vaccines and other pharmaceuticals.  During the 1960s numerous military personnel were unknowingly given massive doses of LSD as part of secret military research into the effects of that particular psychoactive substance.  Prior to the Gulf War, all military personnel slated for combat were injected with an experimental vaccine.  This vaccine, in combination with certain pesticides used in the battle areas, resulted in a horribly toxic reaction that is now known as “Gulf War Syndrome.”  For years the U.S. Government denied that there was such a thing as Gulf War Syndrome.  It is interesting to note that the Government finally admitted to this atrocious condition after Pluto went into Sagittarius.  (Those of you who have been reading this 'zine and this column regularly know that Pluto in Sagittarius is a transit where society is cleansed by the revelation of truth.  The truth is certainly coming out under this influence!)

One military doctor refused to give the injections that later resulted in Gulf War Syndrome.  She told her superiors that the drug was not safe for human use, and that administering it was a violation of the Hippocratic oath she had taken to become a doctor.  The military threatened her with court-martial if she did not administer the vaccine.  She agreed to be court-martialed, and was convicted of insubordination.  Do you suppose the military will clear her record now that they have admitted to the existence of Gulf War Syndrome?  Pause here for a healthy smirk.

Another fascinating revelation in Psychic Dictatorship in the U.S.A. is the connection between the C.I.A. secret mind control experiments and various cult activities.  Constantine argues, quite persuasively, that many cults (such as Jim Jones, Charles Manson, MOVE and many satanic cults) are actually fronts for C.I.A. mind control experiments, as are various pederast rings.  Several years ago I read a fascinating book on satanic cults (the title escapes me) that argued that many of the missing children pictured on milk cartons were actually kidnapped and killed by Satanic cults.  Thousands of children disappear each year, yet it is extremely difficult to find these cults and nearly impossible to prosecute them successfully.  In the few instances where law enforcement personnel were able to catch and try satanists, they were unable to achieve a conviction due to the defense of freedom of religion.  Is it not ironic that the very people who grievously violate other people's humanity through rape, torture and murder can escape prosecution for these offenses under the doctrine of religious freedom?

Why is it so difficult to catch satanists?  Because the satanists have many operatives in law enforcement, the judiciary, the legal bar and the psychiatric community.  Thus the very people who are supposed to protect us from illegal acts are actively perpetrating them.  These satanic cults are often located in wooded, remote areas.  They have their own crematoriums where they dispose of their victims' bodies, thus erasing all evidence of criminal acts.  They have sophisticated electronic surveillance equipment alerting them to the presence of outsiders and intruders and enabling them to escape detection.

Thus Constantine's suggestion that these satanic groups are actually C.I.A. government operatives is extremely credible.  In fact, it made the information I had read on satanic groups all the more comprehensible and disturbing.  Constantine also hints that massive UFO abductions may also be part of the Government mind control conspiracy.

Let's Talk About UFOs

As an individual with a lifelong passion for science, science fiction, astronomy, astrophysics, outer space and UFOs, I am somewhat amazed and thoroughly delighted with the recent deluge of media images involving space aliens and UFOs.  There have been several television and Hollywood movies about extraterrestrials.  In the past year there have been an increasing number of commercials involving UFOs and UFO abduction.  There is a clothing store on St. Mark's Place in Greenwich Village whose window displays mannequins with space alien faces.  Just put UFO into a search engine and see how many thousands of references you get.

As an alternative healer, I have counseled several UFO abductees in the course of my practice.  These people are without exception intelligent, articulate, and deeply traumatized.  They report amazingly consistent experiences.  These people are not psychotic, nor are they pathological liars.  They are not making these things up.  Thousands of people around the globe have been abducted, and thousands more have seen UFOs with their own eyes.

Fifteen years ago the average American had never heard of Roswell, New Mexico or Area 51 in Nevada.  Today these places are so firmly ensconced in the public consciousness there has been a public outcry for our Government to release its tomes of classified documents regarding these mysterious locales.  One New Mexico congressman has been lobbying for years to get this information released, since so many of his constituents have either seen UFOs or have had unpleasant encounters with their inhabitants.

There have been numerous documentaries and a Hollywood movie about the alien vehicle crash at Roswell.  There have been television documentaries about Area 51, as well as articles in the print media.  And naturally there are thousands of references to the Roswell incident and the goings on in Area 51 here on the Internet.  But before you go searching and surfing, be aware that the Government is monitoring every search engine you use to gather this information and every UFO site you visit.

Across the nation, people are becoming increasingly comfortable with going public about their UFO abduction experiences --  those who can remember them, that is.  My summer reading suggests that the U.S. Government may be working with certain extraterrestrial species, allowing the aliens to kidnap us for their genetic research and then wipe our minds of memories of abduction, examination and, in many cases, surgery.  Yet this mind control technology is not foolproof.  The aliens cannot erase bruises, implants and other physical evidence of UFO abduction.  They cannot remove or disguise the exhaustion abductees feel upon awakening after an abduction experience.  They cannot control the nightmares, the strange dreams (which are implanted through thought control and are known as “screen memories”).

Unfortunately, the mind control technology described in the popular (and recently cancelled) television series “Nowhere Man” and in the Arnold Schwartzenagger movie “Total Recall” is in the present, not the future.  It is up to all of us to educate ourselves about these frightening realities so we can collectively devise strategies to retain our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual freedom.
